He studied economic and social history at the University of Utrecht, after which he joined one of the world’s largest recruitment firms, for which he was commercially and operationally responsible for the Amsterdam region. He subsequently switched over to the executive search industry. After beginning as Search Associate at a leading international consultancy, Honoré was successively appointed Head of the Search Department and Senior Consultant.
