The Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp)
The Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp) has been in force since 1 September 2001. This law delineates the rights of an individual whose data is used and the obligations of organizations or companies which use such data. The Wbp covers, among other things, personal information processed via the website of NMC-Nijsse International.
